XP announces the Excellence in Allocation Seal, a groundbreaking distinction created to recognize advisors who raise the standard of quality in the asset allocation process for their clients in the Brazilian financial market. More than just an award, the seal symbolizes a further evolution of the profession and reinforces XP's commitment to consistency, technical rigor, and long-term financial planning.
The seal celebrates professionals who, through their allocation decisions and the way they serve investors, embody the company's commitment to excellence in meeting each client's needs with technical depth and a focus on building long-term relationships.
Aligned with XP's quality policy, and supported by robust technology and governance, the Excellence in Allocation Seal reinforces the advisor's central role in delivering consistent portfolios aligned with each client's objectives.
A new benchmark for the advisor profession.
At XP, excellence is a method. It is expressed in the ability to deeply understand the client's financial and asset context, transforming this understanding, among other areas of action, into a strategy for allocating financial assets in a coherent, diversified, and resilient way.
Increasingly, the advisor is becoming a true financial planner, acting as the client's Chief Financial Officer (CFO), connecting short-term decisions to life goals, guiding relevant asset choices, and ensuring that each step of the journey makes sense within a broader strategy.
In this context, allocating a client's financial resources efficiently goes beyond simply choosing assets. It's about ensuring that the portfolio is correctly distributed across different asset classes, but not before guaranteeing that liquidity needs are met.
Furthermore, other variables must be considered in this process, such as risk appetite, accumulation capacity, need for periodic withdrawals, and liquidity terms appropriate to these needs. The seal rightly recognizes professionals who incorporate this integrated vision and assume the responsibility of guiding the client with adequate financial planning and technical discipline.
Eligibility process
To guarantee authenticity, XP has structured a rigorous eligibility process that reflects technical maturity, consistency, and governance in client support. Among the criteria:
- To serve a minimum number of clients and a significant volume of assets, demonstrating management capacity in more complex structures.
- To have a high score on the advisor quality index, with evaluations made directly by clients.
- To have a minimum number of completed questionnaires, ensuring robustness and representativeness.
- To meet minimum standards in the customer service quality index, reflecting continuous and organized monitoring of the customer base.
Only professionals who meet all of these requirements advance to the ranking stage.
Excellence ranking
Eligible advisors are evaluated based on three pillars that reflect what XP considers fundamental for a benchmark allocation:
- Adherence to portfolios recommended by the Allocation team – alignment between the client's portfolio and the ideal portfolio for each profile, even considering their specific characteristics.
Long-term performance – delivering consistent, risk-adjusted results.
- Global allocation component – reinforcing the need for international diversification in building resilient portfolios.
Following this evaluation, the best are ranked. Only between 1% and 5% receive the seal, consolidating a select group that becomes a benchmark and contributes to further raising the standard of the entire network of advisors.
The goal is for the seal to become one of the network's most prestigious distinctions, a symbol of trust for the investor and merit for the advisor, consolidating XP as a protagonist in the evolution of the profession and in democratizing access to quality investments.

Among the highlights is Eduardo Noronha, banker at Unique, XP's client segment with assets starting at R$ 3 million. Noronha joined the company through XP Future, a training program for investment advisors interested in making a career transition.
With over 13 years of professional experience in marketing, controlling, and supply chain management at large national and international companies in the automotive and energy sectors, she has held the CEA (ANBIMA Investment Specialist Certification) since 2022 and is part of the select group of the 50 best investment advisors at XP.
“Receiving this seal is recognition of our commitment to allocating client assets strategically and securely, always aligned with institutional guidelines. More than just fulfilling requests, we seek to provoke reflection and guidance through data and facts, ensuring portfolio balance and decisions that make sense for each profile. This close relationship, built over the years, strengthens trust and allows us to deliver consistent recommendations, respecting the client's life stage. Our goal is to offer a service of excellence that combines relationship, strategy, technique, and responsibility.”

Luiz Claudio, advisor at Requin, an XP partner office in Recife, was also recognized with the Excellence in Allocation Seal. A graduate in Economics from the Federal University of Pernambuco, Luiz holds the CGA certification (ANBIMA Managers Certification), which qualifies professionals to manage resources and structure complete allocation strategies.
At Requin, he leads the firm's allocation strategy, ensuring that each portfolio is built with technical rigor, diversification, and alignment with investors' long-term objectives.
“The seal legitimizes the work we do to deliver consistent financial planning, going far beyond product selection. It reinforces the importance of quality in allocation and shows that we are on the right track to raise the standard of the profession. For me, the future of the advisor lies in acting as a true financial planner, with an integrated vision, the ability to understand life goals, and a commitment to client education. This is what will differentiate those who want to build lasting relationships and generate real value.”
By publicly recognizing those who perform at a high level of service, XP strengthens a culture in which the pursuit of efficiency and excellence is continuous.
