After years of prioritizing intellectual performance, he realized he was neglecting his own body. He reached a weight of 115 kilos, faced anxiety attacks, and had a physical warning sign that forced him to rethink his lifestyle.

This quest to redefine his limits also led him to the sea. Interested in big waves, he even surfed in Nazaré — one of the most challenging surf spots in the world — alongside Burle, in an experience that demands physical preparation, emotional control, and the ability to deal with the unpredictable.
Now, that same logic guides her new phase, at age 41. Kontrast reflects her belief that performance and success are not just about financial results, but also about body, mind, and longevity.
